Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to the PRP_SA Store


1. Are there any situations where I cannot return a product?

There are specific cases where the product cannot be returned:

If the return request is made after the specified time, which is 3 days for returns and 7 days for exchanges from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company.

If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition in which you received it.

Consumable products that have been used or installed.

Products that have been tampered with or had serial numbers removed.

Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.


2. The item I received is not the same as the item I ordered, how can I return it?

First, we apologize for this unintended mistake. In this case, you can return the item in the same condition and packaging as you received it and send it back to us.

Once we receive the item, we will immediately begin processing the full refund of the amount you paid within 7 days, free of charge.


3. I changed my mind and no longer want the item I purchased, can I return it? How?

Of course, you can return the item you no longer want. We understand the buyer's right to receive exactly the goods they want, as well as their right to change their mind regarding the purchase.

If the item has not been shipped: All you need to do is contact us to cancel your order, and we will refund your money in full.

If the item has been shipped: The shipping cost will be deducted, and we will refund the remaining amount.

If you have received the item: You can return it within 7 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is not on the list of non-returnable products, and the item is returned in the same condition you received it with its packaging.


4. How long does the shipping agent need to pick up and deliver the returned items?

Under normal circumstances, the shipping agent will contact you within three to five business days from the date the order is confirmed. However, sometimes it may take up to two weeks for the shipping provider to deliver or pick up the item from you.


5. Can I return the item after the specified time?

In the case of certain circumstances preventing you from returning the item within the specified time from the date of receipt, please contact our customer service team or submit a complaint via the "Contact Us" page on the website. All complaints in this case will be studied independently. In general, all items approved for return must comply with consumer protection laws and regulations.


6. I no longer have the original packaging of the item, how can I get my money back?

PRP_SA allows you to get your money back if the item’s packaging is complete, including the tags attached to it.


7. Can I return the item to PRP_SA in person at any store?

Currently, returns can only be processed by PRP_SA receiving the returned items via one of the approved shipping service providers. A representative from the service provider will contact you to schedule a pickup for the item you wish to return within three to five business days from your return request.


8. Who will pay for the shipping cost when I want to return the item?

When you wish to return the item, PRP_SA will deduct the shipping cost and then refund the remaining amount to you.
